Today I went to eat out at my favourite restaurant in Beni (one of the three). Here is a picture of the restaurant and the manager, "Papa". Something I noticed here is that everyone over a certain age is called "Papa". Since moving to Congo I have become lazy when it comes to cooking - partly because I do not have much free time. I usually work around 12 hours per day, 6 days a week. There is a lot of work to do here!
